the rate was good, but you get what you pay for. Not good. when we got to the lot, we were told it was full, they arranged for us to park at another hotel next door. Had to make a U turn in very busy traffic street, park and then drag the luggage all the way back to original Crown Plaza hotel. On the return, the driver dropped us off at the entrance to the lot and we had to drag our luggage to car.

Great daily parking deal!! I've been using airportparkfly.com for 2+ years... It's an excellent website to reserve your pre-paid parking at the airport. Can't beat the price ... would recommend it to everyone.

Helpful Staff We were late for our flight and the staff was so helpful by calling a cab to get us to the airport so that we could make our flight.

I wrote a review in January and got a reply 3 years later I wrote a review in January, 2015 and today (almost 3 years to the date), I received a replay apologizing. You can't be serious. I wouldn't recommend you to desperate people looking to get away during a missile attack.

Never again! Zero stars if possible! When searching for airport parking at DFW, you will notice this company doesn't show up... except for the paid ad. I should have noticed this as the first sign of a problem. They make you jump through so many (hard to see when you book) hoops, that you will probably miss your flight if you don't leave super early. When I had problems with the parking arrangement, I tried to email them to cancel my reservation. They said they would respond within 24 hours. 14 days later, I did not receive a response. When I called, the CSR was rude and refused to refund my payment- even though I parked somewhere else. The supervisor was also rude saying, "Well, if I didn't hear back from a company within 24 hours, I wouldn't have waited 2 weeks to call them." Why should I have to stay on top of them?? I emailed and they said they would respond. I was out of town (obviously, because I was parking at the airport). There is a reason their company info is hard to find. There is a reason they were rude. They have had to deal with so many customer complaints.
