Excellent and very much needed service Over the past several years I have been a regular user of the IEP service for me and all my family. The experience is always the same: outstanding!!. ItsEasy IS Easy! The name says it all! ItsEasy is such an easy and effective way to apply for tourist Visas. I would highly recommend them and am so appreciative for all their help. For those that do not want to deal with working directly with a Consulate, ItsEasy is the best way to address your passport/visa needs!

A professional and trustworthy service I Went to it's easy to get a visa for VIetnam. While it's not necessary to spend $69 for the service (I have friends who got their visas by following online instructions through the embassy) it's peace of mind that you are getting it done correctly. I ended up with a 3 month visa costing $100 instead of a 1 month visa costing $80 for a 2 week visit, but there didn't seem to be an option for 1 month when I submitted my application. When I asked It's Easy about it after the fact, they explained that Vietnam had changed their requirements more frequently than usual, and there had been some confusion keeping up. However they rebated me the difference unprompted. I was very impressed with the prompt, thoughtful customer service and would recommend It's Easy if you are not comfortable applying on your own.

Joe's feedbck on the process for India Visa Good news: I received the Visa in a timely manner. Concern: We found out about necessary information after submitting the application despite having multiple conversations and explanations prior to submitting the application. One or two of the critical information did not come up until another person at ItsEasy reviewed the application. That should not be the case. It could've delayed the submission enough to having to withdraw the application.
