GBThis is a company that is a pleasure to work with for Passports and Visa's My experience. I went online and realized I may be out of time. I opted to add the Concierge service where I met Chelsea through email and telephone. In a few words: Professional, straight up facts, and then a full email explaining to me how to go about processing my Visa request. I did not expect my Visa for at least another week and this morning it arrived. Your software made applying for my Indian visa simple and efficient, and Michelle's customer service was terrific. The whole process was completed in less than two weeks, despite having to be sent to New York for the actual visa. GBI'm intimidated by the process of applying for a visa... I feel somewhat at a loss when facing the prospect of applying for a visa and It's Easy really does make it easy. I had questions while filling out the online application for India and I was able to reach someone by phone very quickly each time I got stuck and they were able to easily answer my questions. I kept getting emails about the progress of my application and it was done more quickly than estimated.

GBDon't make the mistake of trusting this service. I wish I hadn't ignored the hundreds of negative reviews on every other review site. My experience with ItsEasy was comprised of terrible customer service, hidden fees that came up days after I signed the contract, and an almost missed vacation.
