GBTerrible service Terrible service. Booked from LA 4 days prior to flying, had to make my journey slightly shorter in the same direction, sent multiple emails to Prima and Taxicode to inform only minutes after booking, received no response from Taxicode and a short and sharp email from Prima 2 hrs before flying. I had no idea if they would be at Heathrow upon arrival. At Heathrow I waited for approx 30 mins and then went outside. Saw a message on my phone to make my way to the carpark...he was driving around, didn't want to park. Car was not in good shape. Shocking service, I had multiple rude one liner emails from Prima, terrible customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

GBExcellent experience We booked through taxicode. Due to more than four hours waiting in passport control, had to cancel our request, after driver had arrived at meeting point. When finally we were done, contacted again Mouhamad, our assigned driver, who was kind enough, even after having waited for us before, to return within 15 minutes and take us to Cambridge. A nice car, great driver and very, very nice person. We warmly recommend

GBHeathrow T3 arrivals pick-up Driver sent text asking me to confirm when we had landed. Kept in touch by text with updates on arrival time & told us exactly where to meet him. Courteous, helpful with luggage. Happy to drop fellow passenger off at alternative nearby home address too. Well worth the money for convenience of a restful & stress free 80 mile drive home.

GBBAD!! BAD!!! Scammers. Booked a 6 person van for 5 people plus luggage. They told me the night before I need to upgrade to an 8 person van to accommodate the luggage. Rate went from 60 to 169. Refused to refund the original 60 when I canceled. AVOID.

QAUnreliable, Unprofessional Absolute a joke, booked 10 days advance, received email confirmation and payment taken from credit card. At time of pick called to ask whereabouts of the driver, i was informed your booking has been cancelled as payment was not processed. Payment was processed and emailed them the confirmation. No courtesy to inform us they cancelled the booking. Had to make alternative emergency arrangements for airport drop off, just made it in time before check in closed. Do not use, unprofessional and unreliable, much better customer focused competitors out there
