GBOutstanding service at a difficult time Outstanding service. Our flights were cancelled because of the health emergency and we got flights two days later. We emailed the taxi company from New Zealand and they immediately agreed to collect us at the new time. They came as promised, on time, and got us back home at a time when some operators had decided to stop providing any service. I would certainly use them again.

GBService was great driver was waiting but no car seat Service was great driver was waiting for me in the terminal and everything was fine only he didn’t have a car seat which was problematic with my child but apparently it is not a requirement on taxis... We made it in one piece and all is good.

DEAbsolute toilet Absolute toilet. Booked car for Heathrow over a month ago stating luggage and people. Only to be informed 2 day before departure that we would need a bigger car for more money. Taxi code no better as could not get in touch with to find out what is happening. Avoid this company at all costs.

GBTold to book un Uber by unreliable driver Had booked for an early Sunday morning trip to Heatrhow airport, after 10 min waits and attempting to call nu,erous time, the driver finally picked the phone and told me he had slept in. He would be another 30 min to get to me, which was hard to trust and also meant I would late for my flight. He advised me that an alternative was for me to “book an uber” and that he'd pay for it, now there is no uber around my area and after trying different companies and finding a taxi to take me, this costed me a hefty sum which I am still waiting to get refunded.

GBA fantastic service highly recommended. A fantastic service, peace of mind early 6am pick up from Heathrow. Long flight and relieved to receive a tex from the driver saying he was waiting outside. Been let down in the past from other cabs not showing up and would highly recommend Prima based on my experience.
