GBIncompetence at the highest level Granted, the prices are lower, but this is a two-bit operation with terrible customer service. I returned a reel for exchange, and after three months and three failed attempts to ship me my exchange I was forced to get my credit card company involved (ended up canceling the order altogether). I mean, how can you assure a customer a package will arrive a certain day, even send a UPS tracking number, and then forget to deliver the package to UPS? Like I said, this company is likely run by one or two guys, probably out of their garage, so good luck if your initial order has any problems.

GBAmazing service Amazing service, I am disabled and can't commute to stores and my son was coming back from overseas from the army. I ordered a fishing reel from boatersworld and was never shipped in time, I called baitnhook up and they actually drove to my house to deliver the reel 30 mins away from their store the same day. They are not just a business but a great service to the community.
