GBGreat job Mr Charles! I was a bit skeptical especially when the final price was higher than the booked price. However, I spoke with Mr Charles B. Who was able to get me the original quoted price for my flight. Mr Charles also called me back several times to go over the reservation and make sure I understood flight times and destination. Mr Charles was great!! He also told me to check the confirmation on the Spirit airline website. I did just as he said and I’m all confirmed. I’m going to see my beautiful daughter in LA!! I would definitely use them again.

AUI became interested in the company when… I became interested in the company when I saw cheap rates during December and called them to discuss. I had a chat with Sarah who advised me that those rates are not valid, but I could still see it on their website. I asked Sarah why they were advertising those rates if they couldn't provide them. She promised me that she would check with someone and call me back in 10 minutes, but never called me back. I called them and got Morris who offered me less than $2000/person. I had better service until I paid the money, but I didn't receive a booking reference until 4 days later. I was stressed after reading many bad reviews, as well as not getting a response from Morris, and I thought I had lost the money which I had paid for my tickets. I sent my colleague to their office, and after my colleague argued with Sarah and Karan as Morris wasn't available, they told him that I hadn't paid the full amount!! Luckily I sent the bank receipt to my colleague and he show them the receipt, paid 3 days before. Again, Sarah & Karan promised they would call me but never did!! I called back them back and was lucky to finally get a reservation reference. If you have set up a business in Australia, please try to maintain Australian standards and give reference so that we can trust you and are stress free until we get the E-Ticket! Also, please try to respond to your customers, as without customers no body can succeed in their business. Thankfully, I got a response from Morris with my ticket on Saturday night.
