I became interested in the company when… I became interested in the company when I saw cheap rates during December and called them to discuss. I had a chat with Sarah who advised me that those rates are not valid, but I could still see it on their website. I asked Sarah why they were advertising those rates if they couldn't provide them. She promised me that she would check with someone and call me back in 10 minutes, but never called me back. I called them and got Morris who offered me less than $2000/person. I had better service until I paid the money, but I didn't receive a booking reference until 4 days later. I was stressed after reading many bad reviews, as well as not getting a response from Morris, and I thought I had lost the money which I had paid for my tickets. I sent my colleague to their office, and after my colleague argued with Sarah and Karan as Morris wasn't available, they told him that I hadn't paid the full amount!! Luckily I sent the bank receipt to my colleague and he show them the receipt, paid 3 days before. Again, Sarah & Karan promised they would call me but never did!! I called back them back and was lucky to finally get a reservation reference. If you have set up a business in Australia, please try to maintain Australian standards and give reference so that we can trust you and are stress free until we get the E-Ticket! Also, please try to respond to your customers, as without customers no body can succeed in their business. Thankfully, I got a response from Morris with my ticket on Saturday night.

AVOID BOOKING WITH THIS GROUP!!! NOTHING BUT A SCAM!! Much the same as the below review, I booked with this mob as they were offering Cathay Pacific Brisbane to London for 2 adults and a child and was quoted at $953PP. After putting in all my details, the same girl Sarah tried calling me and then sent me an e-mail saying that they were ready to book my flights at $1370PP. After I e-mailed back saying that this is not what I had booked, she VERY CONVENIENTLY said "yeah it's not available, but I'm very happy to book you in at the price I quoted. I can get the same flights for $250PP CHEAPER on more reputable comparison sites. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM - BOOK WITH THESE GUYS AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS, stay away. Got tickets through their site with Cathay Pacific. Later on you realise that the baggage is extra $250 per person. /Nothing indicated that the tickets we were getting were with no baggage included - because who needs luggage for overseas travel?/. Save yourself the trouble and keep looking for someone else.

I'm on my way After traveling back from Africa, my next trip to Jamaica was less than two weeks away. Being jet lagged for a few days, making new reservations the first day did not go well on my end from my credit cards being blocked, to finding a reasonable fare . Charles, the representative was very polite,professional, and encouraged me that everything would work out. My stress level was on steroids. We decided to try again the next day and everything went through with flying colors. I want to that Charles and His Company for making it possible to get everything I wanted, at a great price. I will definitely use them again
