There is no live customer service they only tricks your deposit From the time I paid the deposit, I tried to call numerous times regarding how to pay the remaining balance, all calls failed, just like all emails, and all online requests were not answered. It's suspicious that a site that is constantly updated with the latest cruise information doesn't have any live customer service.
