GBCruiseCheap gets my vote! I have been dealing with CruiseCheap for years. Working with them gives you the benefit of a dedicated agent who has back -up support from a national system. My personal agent knows my preferences, but when not available there is always someone else who can provide support when needed. Over the years I have dealt principally with two agents. Both have been prompt, friendly and professional. I enjoy doing a good deal of my own travel research and arrangements and the Cruise Cheap agents are always supportive of my efforts, willing to compare notes and pick up where I leave off to complete our travel plans. I am usually a "shop local" kind of person, but CruiseCheap affords so much convenience that they are hard to beat! And don't let the name fool you - they can arrange travel across the full spectrum of cost and value.

CWCan't come in contact with Cruise Cheap after down payment On 1 of July 2022 I booked a cruise with cruise cheap for a cruise in October. I paid a down payment of $500.- I got the booking confirmation, in the booking confirmation I got a final due payment day 7/11/2022 0n 3th of July, I got a email from them telling me to act fast because of my payment due time. I tried to call, email, send contact form.,because my final due day on my booking confirmation is the 11 of July. I got no answer from them. On 5 th of July, I got the message that this will be their final attempt, to collect the money. I am sending since 3 th of July each day more than 5 emails to them. The only message I got back from them is a automatic response, that my message has been received and if they don't answer me within 24 hours, I can call them. But they don't respond the calling. I haven't not paid the final part of the booking, I don't know if I already has loose my down payment of what gonna happen with my booking. I can't reach them, How can I reach Cruise cheap? I am very frustrated. Thank you for finally answer me. My invoice I received after I booked the cruise, the final payment due day was 7/11/2022. I still have the invoice you sent me on 7/1/2022 On 7/3/2022, you sent me another invoice with due day 7/4/2022. I really don't understand why those changes. I am happy that you told me that my booking is still on hold. I hope that everything will going smoothly from now on.

MXTechnical error resolved. While the error probably could have been avoided or resolved at the initial point of contact, mistakes happen and it is the resolution that matters. By the time the issue had made it to Toni Glerum in their customer commitment team it had become quite convoluted yet she showed integrity and interest, and remained factual and solution orientated. The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction and we are currently looking at booking another cruise and will use their services again. Even if in the unlikely event we encountered the same problem, I would rest assured knowing it would be managed appropriately. Toni, thank you again. You are a credit to your organization.

GBKathy Sussman is very good Kathy Sussman is very good, but CruiseCheap wont give us a bottle of wine for the cabin even tho we are excellent repeat customers. The company is certainly behaving cheaply.
