The promo code is pointless. You still charge your full fee. The promo code doesn't help because you charge the same fee regardless. It's unfair & misleading... I attempted to change the date of my flight and noticed that the new flight is actually cheaper than the one I originally booked. However, your system is adding your airline charges on top of the lower rate. This seems unfair. Shouldn't there be no additional fees for changing to a less expensive flight option?

EMT130850822- Fraud in cancellation amount - EMT EMT130850822 I wanted to cancel a ticket which I booked from EMT. I checked cancellation charges & refund amount on EMT portal, which showed cancellation amount Rs.18,500/- & refund amount would be Rs. 29,729/- I took picture of that page ,Then I cancelled that ticket expecting refund amount rs. 29,729/- But EMT sent me a mail that your refund of Rs. 8,829/- is processed. When I called them regarding this..they have no answer & giving different invalid reasons on call every call. After that I called airlines (Air India) customer care , & they told me that actual cancellation charges is just Rs. 8,000/- four hours before departure. & I cancelled the ticket more than 27 hours prior to Departure After posting this review, I got a call from EMT, & they released my refund of 20,000/- which they mugged up earlier. But as I said , that Air India informed me that cancellation charges were just Rs. 8000/- , for which EMT charged me 18,500/- I'm still waiting for my balance refund Rs. 10,500/-

Refund Pending They are simply wasting time by sending emails that refund is in process , from airline side they already confirmed that they did not charge anything still this guys not giving refund from Feb 22nd till now. They are charged 2 times for making changes but done nothing. Worst staff Rohit Bhatt, Punnet Thakur this 2 guys first they said they did not received email once they received on 18th April after forwarding 30 times they are playing with emails.

Will never buy a ticket with them again Yesterday I bought a ticket which was supposed to be much cheaper but at the time of payment I was charged more (airline price), and I wouldn’t obviously bought it on their website if I knew it before. I would have bought it on the the airline website or on another website with a better price. I tried to cancel the booking while the ticket was still pending but the website wouldn’t let me. So I tried to call them several time but after ringing for ages the call would just drop. I managed to speak with someone today but they told me if I cancel I would have to pay a cancellation fee even though it should be free within 24 hours from reservation.

Mesmerizing Kashmir! We recently had a 6 nights and 7 days trip to Kashmir which was planned through Easemytrip. Must say the trip went really well. Right from booking, scheduling, planning, keeping us informed and the response time to our queries was really well managed by Vandana Sharma. She was approachable and ensured that we are aware of the do's and don'ts. When in Kashmir, the chauffeur Akil Hussain (from Fortview Holidays, their travel partner) was extremely nice. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and ensured that we had a good experience wherever we went. At times, he even went out of his way to assist us which we really appreciated. The hotels booked were good and gave us no reasons to complain. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would certainly like to plan our future trips with ease my trip. Thank you Vandana for all your help and assistance whenever we needed it!
