I wish I could leave zero stars I wish I could leave zero stars. Worst travel agency of all time! I've have been trying to get a refund for a canceled flight since February. I keep getting the same run around and spend over an hour on the line each time. Their accounting department can't figure out to refund my account. They have given me 1 of 3 refunds. These people are so dumb!!!

I was billed twice for my hotel stay I was billed twice for my hotel stay. I was overbilled $1900.00. When I complained to Priceline they informed me I had to resolve with Mariotte. Mariotte told me to go back to Priceline. I never received a refund from hotel. It was another additional expense added on that I was not expecting. Do Not Use.
