GBI was billed twice for my hotel stay I was billed twice for my hotel stay. I was overbilled $1900.00. When I complained to Priceline they informed me I had to resolve with Mariotte. Mariotte told me to go back to Priceline. I never received a refund from hotel. It was another additional expense added on that I was not expecting. Do Not Use.

GBI booked to stay at a hotel in Ludlow… I booked to stay at a hotel in Ludlow for a certain date, I even made sure the dates were correct but when I paid the dates were totally different. I tried to contact Priceline but the passed me on to Agoda. I've tried to contact Agoda but it seems that I cannot get to talk to a person, only to a robot. The robot told me to get in touch with the hotel, the hotel told me it doesn't have a record of my booking. I'm thoroughly fed up of being passed from pillar to post. It is 2 days since I booked and yet I've not been able to lodge my complaint. There is no customer service as such. I will avoid Priceline in the future.

GBNon authorized booking I have been looking at a trip for a while and I looked at a price breaker deal clicked to check the price and went on to the next place. I got a email my booking was confirmed, I got a message from Priceline and from affirm congratulating me on my purchase. I looked at it instantly and see it was 2 rooms for 2 ppl at a place that I was not even sure about??? I instantly started talking to price line so they told me sorry for your luck but it’s non refundable!!! I replied I never authorized it nor did I book it. I have 8 people going on vacation I’d never book 2 and hope for the best. I have filed a report with the FTC and BBB as well as the Attorney general of CT. I never authorized them to do anything with my account.

GBI wish I could leave zero stars I wish I could leave zero stars. Worst travel agency of all time! I've have been trying to get a refund for a canceled flight since February. I keep getting the same run around and spend over an hour on the line each time. Their accounting department can't figure out to refund my account. They have given me 1 of 3 refunds. These people are so dumb!!!
