Contacted who i thought was Jetblue to… Contacted who i thought was Jetblue to cancel tickets and got this company that misrepresented themselves as the airline. I was then charged over 500 to cancel my flight. When I used the chat feature for jetblue was informed that this was fraud and they were refunding our original travel costs but we're unable to refund the "cancelation fee" as it was them. After disputing the charges with my bank, I began receiving multiple calls from agent "George, #735" yelling at me, trying to intimidate and harass me. Please stay away from this company, I have come to learn they are nothing but an overpriced and glorified travel agency. BUYER BEWARE

FRAUD I was charged almost 300 dollars to change flights after the death of my father. I was told I had a credit with Jet Blue. Jet Blue did not have any record of this and informed me that this company is fraudulent. My "credit" was issued to a travel bank and I have no access to that. Your company pocketed 289 plus the travel credit. How disgusting to use someone else's unfortunate situation for your own financial gain. I have contacted the police, a lawyer, and will submit a claim with BBB.

They are not in anyway employed with the airline or part of their company in any way. They are sleazy resellers who over charge air line tickets, you can just buy from the airline directly.
