FRAUD ALERT FRAUD ALERT! these people claim to be the airline to get your money. They will over charge you!! DO NOT USE !! They are not in anyway employed with the airline or part of their company in any way. They are sleazy resellers who over charge air line tickets, you can just buy from the airline directly.

It was a pleasure dealing with… It was a pleasure dealing with Douglas.He listened to my needs patiently and took care of my booking. He kept me informed through the entries process, was polite and extremely helpful in the complete booking process. Will book again.

Scammers!!! They are scammers that have phone numbers similar to the number of the large airlines but one digit different. So when you are speaking with them they pretend to be the airline you intended to call (in my case Air France) then for a ticket change which should have been free for a business ticket they demanded initially $1500 but when I refused they made me a favor with only $465. As I was sick with COVID and needed to sort the situation I agreed (I was not thinking clearly). But it was my wife who caught the issue and we called Air France properly where we discovered that we were duped. Fortunately, Capital One stood up for me and refused the charge. In any case, please never deal with these fraudsters and it is a shame the FBI has not caught up with them

This company is a scam This company is a scam. They lie to their potential customers and do not live up to their commitment on canceling a flight reservation 10 minutes after being made and told by them the $147. and change difference would be credited back to us. A week plus later still no credit and the charge was immediately processed. Go directly to the airlines or priceline etc and avoid this dishonest scam. $147.00+ doesn't sound like much and it isn't unless you're on a fixed income, and we are.
