GBPrice is almost double than what other… Price is almost double than what other hotel sites offered. I should have done my research beforehand. Will never make the mistake of clicking here again. My loss this time. Won't happen again.

GBI got charged $65 for "taxes and fees"… I got charged $65 for "taxes and fees" and was not advised that this would happen before I submitted my order. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!

GBThis was quick This was quick. However, there was no option for military, senior citizen or Triple AAA. The total amount was substantially higher than reserving through the hotel. It was odd that there was not a full refund, that extra money was needed for protection, and that the hotel might not have the itinerary number but would know us only by name.

GBGreat Customer Service I thought I had it booked online and was awaiting confirmation, it never came. Called in and they were so helpful and got me booked in less than 5 minutes
