GBSo I was deceived by this website So I was deceived by this website, I thought I was booking online directly with the hotel but it was this separate company… book online.com, which added another 60+ dollars to my reservation, I’m trying to cancel, but so far they have not refunded my money. So I am extremely not happy with this service Angela in Texas.

GBI got charged $65 for "taxes and fees"… I got charged $65 for "taxes and fees" and was not advised that this would happen before I submitted my order. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!

GBGreat Customer Service I thought I had it booked online and was awaiting confirmation, it never came. Called in and they were so helpful and got me booked in less than 5 minutes

GBIt was fine until... It was fine until I was automatically opted into a cancellation protection insurance plan that I would not have wanted and did not see an easily identified opt-out link. I will not use this bookline again.
