Expected to get back more, but good service otherwise Quick service and the money got transferred very quick - I am happy with that. However the payout did not cover even half of the claim I made (I do not take fee into account, that's only fair). So I would probably try different company next time.

It's been over 2 years since I filed It's been over 2 years since I filed a claim with them and I still have not had any updates. I can no longer do it on my own as they will not close my case, even though it is well beyond the timeframe. I am disappointed in the customer service, as the responses I get always just say "there is a delay due to how busy the courts are" but no real update. I would love to just remove myself from the case but I can't. It would have been easier to do it myself, but I had not expected it to take more than 2 years to get a flight claim.

Excellent Service! Very pleased with how quickly my claim was dealt with. Great that they have a 'Chat' service you can message with virtually instance responses. You receive an email letting you know you have a message and it links you straight through to your Claim. They keep you up to date via email so you know the status of your claim. My refund was paid into my bank within 24hrs of being settled! You can choose the currency you want it paid in too. Definitely recommend Airadvisor to handle a claim.
