Great! They are great at their job. They managed to get a compensention on a cancelled flight for which the airline had said no. They are also very responsive and easy to work with. Their website is very intuitive and easy to follow and fill out.

Excellent Service! Very pleased with how quickly my claim was dealt with. Great that they have a 'Chat' service you can message with virtually instance responses. You receive an email letting you know you have a message and it links you straight through to your Claim. They keep you up to date via email so you know the status of your claim. My refund was paid into my bank within 24hrs of being settled! You can choose the currency you want it paid in too. Definitely recommend Airadvisor to handle a claim.
