They don’t get very involved I recommend for those who don’t know how to submit their compensation claim themselves, being the first time I experienced such a long delay, I reached out to them. Their services are not very satisfactory, they submitted a claim and then I had to write to Ryanair myself because I hadn’t received the money after 4 months of waiting. In short, airadvisor only submitted one claim and received 120 euros.

You will pay extra I have claimed my rescheduled flight with Airline and then with AirAdvisor. The airline responded promptly and fast and resolved the issues. 3 months later Air Advisor started with daily emails threating with court action and asking for payment for something they didn't do. The emails became quite violent and abusive. Another illegal thing in the EU, they don't let you completely delete your account on their website. Definitely a NO. All in all bad experience with their unprofessional customer service.
