Horrible experience! Thought I had a great deal booking with 2 direct flights on American for 2 at $850. Didn't know I was directed to this horrible 3rd party website. Had so much trouble with the agent at the airport getting my flight. She says this happens a lot with 3rd parties. They had our address listed in Ohio and we live in Texas. All said and done it cost us over $2000.00. Wish I paid more attention and read reviews first. Please avoid this agency!!!! Don't know how they are in business. Give them -10 stars. Lesson learned!!!

Warning Do Not Use Travodeals Warning Do Not Use Travodeals Made reservation using traveodeals. After we booked our flight we found out that they were charging us an 82.03 service charge… So Within 10 minutes we tried to cancel their booking. When we called them to cancel they told us that they couldn’t cancel the booking unless we agreed to review and agree to pay their 82.03 service fee, that they now called a cancellation fee. We went back and forth for an hour, and they refused to cancel the reservation unless we paid the 82.03 service fee. So we put in a dispute with our credit card Co. Then we booked the flight a second time but we booked directly with the airline. Yesterday we got a notice from our airline that our trip that we booked directly with the airline had been cancelled. Causing us many hours of our time and, undue stress to unravel what was going on,. In the end we had to re-book our flight. There seems to be no other reasonable conclusion then to believe that Traveodeals was behind this cancellation. 1.They had all our information, and 2.They have access to the airlines booking data base. Conclusion Don’t use Travodeals don’t trust Travodeals they are not an honorable company.

Leo Jameson did a great job of going… Leo Jameson did a great job of going through the booking process. After a misunderstanding occurred, Leo was able to help us get it resolved in a timely manner. I appreciate his efforts and awareness that he displays

If I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. I reserved my seat and then travodeals emails me asking to call. Turns out the seat I reserved does not exist and I have no choice but to pay extra money to get a seat in a different class on the plane or pay extra money to switch flights (despite flight costs being the same - I checked during our phone call). I was not allowed to get a refund even though this was a problem on their end and the woman on the phone was extremely disrespectful saying we were taking too long to figure things out. Also, after we asked to call back later so we could talk things over she still sends us an email with information for our NEW flight and the charge for the switch in place. Not to mention that our caller WAS NOT from the US. I had to check online to see if I was getting scammed because the caller had a strong Indian accent and what they were asking of us was ridiculous.
