GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. I reserved my seat and then travodeals emails me asking to call. Turns out the seat I reserved does not exist and I have no choice but to pay extra money to get a seat in a different class on the plane or pay extra money to switch flights (despite flight costs being the same - I checked during our phone call). I was not allowed to get a refund even though this was a problem on their end and the woman on the phone was extremely disrespectful saying we were taking too long to figure things out. Also, after we asked to call back later so we could talk things over she still sends us an email with information for our NEW flight and the charge for the switch in place. Not to mention that our caller WAS NOT from the US. I had to check online to see if I was getting scammed because the caller had a strong Indian accent and what they were asking of us was ridiculous.

CAGive me 5 stars or I won't help! A travel agent called Joseph asked me to write a 5 stars review for him not to charge me 50$ for adding a wheelchair assistance to my flight reservation!!! Helping someone with mobility constraint should never come at a cost yet alone be tit for tat and requesting a 5 stars review for doing it.
