Very Helpful Overall Hello all, I actually am very grateful for the help Lauren Messi(refund department) and Charlie Klinger(ticket agent) were able to provide me, and ultimately when the alternative flights were unable to fit my schedule they helped me cancel my ticket and gave me a full refund. Looking at other reviews, it seems they have a common practice of offering booking for cheap flights online that are very restrictive, and then offering customers more expensive flights with all amenities included. Having to call them and wait in the phone for almost an hour was fairly exhausting. If you’re cautious enough to read reviews before buying tickets, you should know better and buy directly from the airline or a trusted seller. That said, I do feel like they tried their best to find me a good flight, and I appreciate their help. Thank you.

I booked air tickets through… I booked air tickets through Bestairefares.com for Thanksgiving holidays. Though I did not get the advertised pricing it was the best competitive price in the net. More importantly, Kane Smith provided the best follow up service to reserve the seats of choice and confirm the etickets. He is very professional, cheerful and made the whole experience very pleasant! Excellent service by Kane & Bestfares!

Ben as Best fairs helped me after a… Ben as Best fairs helped me after a week on getting a direct flight and also a morning flight which other websites didn’t offer . I was traveling in a large group of 7 and he helped me even with the seating arrangements . I’m happy to say after a couple of days he did get me the flight and I’m very happy to We are on our way to vacation ! Big Thanks to Ben !

Best Fare I have read reviews and understand concerns. I did not get the price advertised as well. However, be patient and let them do their due diligence. I shopped fares for two months, everyday, and they got me a non-stop United roundtrip fare at less than half of all other sites. Do not know how they did it, but I have my e-tickets from United.

Incredible People and Great Service… I need to say that I had the most amazing experience with this company for getting my vacation tickets for me and my family! Tim was incredible and very knowledgeable, kind, resourceful and he went the extra mile to accommodate my needs! 100 for him!!! An amazing human being and sales representative. As for Kane I don’t have to say less, he called me and he help me to assign the seats to my trip for all the itinerary, very helpful and attentive too. Because these two people I will certainly be a customer of Bestairfares forever!!!
