We initially booked our reservation from the 16th to the 23rd, but upon confirmation, we discovered that the ticket dates had been altered to the 16th to the 24th. Upon contacting customer service to rectify this error, we were informed that any changes would incur additional charges. When we requested to cancel the reservation and receive a refund, they adamantly refused. The agents we spoke with were not only unhelpful but also displayed rudeness in their interactions. Even when we escalated the matter to a manager, the response remained discourteous and uncooperative.

He was able to get my seats, carryon, and personal baggage bundled in one payment which was verified when I called the airline company directly. The only thing I was disappointed about was not getting the original pricing that was offered at the beginning of the process due to not having the seating available. This caused the price to be more than advertised.

Luckily I jumped the shark by calling before entering my CC. The minute I spoke to the rep...I immediately knew this was a scam. He was full of crap.

He put my daughter who was flying from another state with my son and I and got all 3 of us sitting together in our common segments. He was a tremendous help and I highly recommend him. I’ll use him for future trips.
