I finally decided to go with a Travel agency "Fareplanet". Whereupon, Cynthia Wilson was my concierge. She is outstanding. A good listener, sympathetic to the needs, calm and quite knowledgeable. First time user, outstanding experience I had never heard of Faresplanet, but they had cheaper airfare than other discount websites for the flights I wanted. When the booking fell through due to overbooking, Faresplanet gave me a better flight for the same price. Very happy with their service. Cynthia Wilson was the agent I worked with. When I attempted to purchase an airline ticket online, there was an issue with it that I didn't know about. They called me within minutes of my placing the order online.
