Never again Never again! I made reservations last night for trip to Boston for what I thought was a great discount. I get a call this morning stating that, if I'm flexible with dates and times I can get the same rate. The price I paid is for standby tickets! They should state that you are purchasing standby tickets if that is the case. The new tickets made with another airlines cost $200 more, but I agreed. Then they want me to give them a code from my bank. No one has ever asked me to give them a code from my bank. They already received my credit card information. Then, after I refused to give them the bank code, told them to cancel the transaction, I see that the transaction is being processed by my bank. I'm going to double check with the airlines that these tickets are legitimate. I do not trust them and I would not recommend them.

minus 5 star If one could put a negative sign in front of the star, I would give this fraudnization a negative 5 star rating First of all they are ‘Indians’ or could be Pakis as well I mean they have very poor English language skills poorer grammar and poorest vocabulary Most of the times they dont even understand what you are trying to say You ask Charleston they give you Charlotte Please DO NOT use this website if you want a legit or genuine booking and if you want the price too be right

He’s customer service was fabulous! We had so many issue with this trip and Max Hopper guided me through so well that I could have a satisfying customer service. He was very calm and very polite, tried to give us best options as possible. I will definitely book on Faresplanet again.
