He's patiently searching and providing me the best choices for my trip which I had to change several times. During the process, he always kept me well informed of the choices and status of my booking with lots of cares to my demand. What a great service.

I had a gentleman named Martin who… I had a gentleman named Martin who helped me for almost 5 days back and forth with emails with so many questions i needed answered. He didn't mind at all that i showed him prices from different companies . He would make sure i get a better price. I finally saw a fantastic price from Martin where NO ONE could of compared or beaten his price for my SQ flight of one from jakarta to JFK. I totally will be calling him again for my December trip of 2019.

Best Customer Service with William I have had the best experience with this company. I strongly recommend working with William. He was able to find flights that suited our travel plans with only one stop. We’re paying half as much as others who are also flying business class. William has always been available to answer all of my questions.

Please ignore the review I posted… Please ignore the review I posted earlier. I thought I'd gotten a significant discount, showed up at the airport to find out that they'd neglected to book the right date with the carrier. I spent two anxious hours waiting for them to finally get me another flight that night. Then it took more than a week for them to confirm a return flight for me on the date I wanted. In addition, I was charged an extra $350 for all of this repeat booking, was told that I'd get the money back as soon as everything was taken care of, i've been home a month and no sign of the refund. Yes, I got a good price, but not enough to justify all of the aggravation it cost me.
