Best Customer Service with William I have had the best experience with this company. I strongly recommend working with William. He was able to find flights that suited our travel plans with only one stop. We’re paying half as much as others who are also flying business class. William has always been available to answer all of my questions.

Excellent service and pricing We have used Business Travel 365 several times and the service and pricing Erik gives us is always excellent. Last week British Air cancelled our and my wife's brother's family flights to Prague for our son's wedding. Erik was a tireless warrior and spent the better part of 4 days and many hours finding all of us new business class flights with Lufthansa. I cannot say enough about the wonderful and compassionate service Erik provided us. Thank you so much Erik!

In less than two hours we received his response. We emailed several times with additional questions/concerns and received answers within the same timeframe or quicker. Absolutely also a first class experience.I needed wheelchair assistance between flights and on arrivals etc This too was all provided so we had a most wonderful stress free vacation.
