Knock knock city was a great service to… Knock knock city was a great service to me in my time of need. I found this company to be fast, easy, safe with all the peace of mind! I had a question and called them up. I was shocked to get a one ring pickup and it being one of the cofounders of the company! Great company, I highly recommend and will definitely use again! The technology works well We received great service when we left our luggage with Teddy Ballgames at South Station Boston. We felt more than happy with the security and the technology worked really well. it was great to be able to spend an extra day in Boston while waiting for our evening flight.

Airbnb Checkout Lifesaver!!! I was staying at an Airbnb, and our host had new guests coming in that afternoon. Our checkout time was at 12pm, and the new guests were supposed to come in at 3pm. One problem... our flight wasn't until 9pm, and our host said we couldn't leave bags at her place. She suggested that we use Knock Knock to store our bags at a coffee shop down the block. We left our bags there all day, no problem. It was cheap and easy, and we got breakfast and coffee too! The coffee shop owner even gave us a discount for using Knock Knock. Hopefully Knock Knock will be in every city were I Airbnb soon!

Excellent Excellent, friendly efficient customer service, prompt collection and return later, but could do with a bit more signage at the entrance to south Station in Boston as had to ask for location. An app might be useful-had screenshotted the QR code, but expect it could be frustrating if no wi-fi. A query over the collection time, but quickly and easily resolved. Would happily use again
