Knock Knock City is truly an excellent… Knock Knock City is truly an excellent luggage storing company. My meetings were all on the East Side and my hotel was on the West Side. This was the perfect solution for me as I had to quickly make my way to LaGuardia Airport after my meetings. My luggage was stored in a safe and clean restaurant and the entire process was efficient and seamless. I highly recommend this company for both personal and work use! I'm glad to know they are in San Fran, Chicago, Miami and many other US cities! Hopefully London,

I had a question and called them up. I was shocked to get a one ring pickup and it being one of the cofounders of the company! Great company, I highly recommend and will definitely use again! This company solved the problem I have… This company solved the problem I have every time I travel! The have many locations and I didn't feel unsafe about leaving my personal belongings because they scan each item and give you a code. Will definitely use again in the future and recommend !

Excellent Excellent, friendly efficient customer service, prompt collection and return later, but could do with a bit more signage at the entrance to south Station in Boston as had to ask for location. An app might be useful-had screenshotted the QR code, but expect it could be frustrating if no wi-fi. A query over the collection time, but quickly and easily resolved. Would happily use again

The technology works well We received great service when we left our luggage with Teddy Ballgames at South Station Boston. We felt more than happy with the security and the technology worked really well. it was great to be able to spend an extra day in Boston while waiting for our evening flight.
