Princess and The Travel House As I was searching for Airline Tickets I accidentally call The Travel House. But I have never heard of The Travel House, so I said I will call any way. A pleasant voice answer the phone and she said this is the Travel House my name is Princess how may I help you? The first Reservation that was made did not came through. Princess call me and told me what happened. Princess said don’t worry I have found another Airline for you same fees, but the time is about 15 minutes late. She said is that okay I said yes. Princess very pleasant, courteous, helpful and she get the job done. I will tell all off my family and friends about booking their tickets with Princess at The Travel House. Princess will always be my Travel consultant.

I bought my ticket to the USA from The… I bought my ticket to the USA from The Travel House all ok once they got paid .then about four day I got news that a relative passed away in the states . I had to reschedule my trip as the relative in the states needed to let me know when they would arrange for the funeral . When I contacted travel house they advice me that once I got a date to let them know . I did this and gave them the dates ..then I had to keep chasing them ..one after the other..useless Service When it got sorted out had to pay a extra £300 to reschedule with them …

Princess was Exceptional !! Princess was exceptional in getting together the trip for my daughter. She was very friendly, kind and a joy to speak with on the phone. Princess followed up with us the following day by phone, which was something I wasn't expecting, especially after we purchased the trip and everything was all set and done. During this call she went over all the details of the trip including layovers and also that my daughter could now select her seats for all legs of the trip. Companies should learn a thing or two about customer service and how important it is for us. Princess exemplifies what excellent customer service is.
