The assistant Joseph Martin helped me through the whole process. He managed to get me the best possible deal for my upcoming trip. I am coming from the Europe, where we don't have this practice as you have here in the US - confirming your travel plans via phone by giving your personal and financial information. I was suspicious and reluctant at first, but Martin gave me all the reasoning and explanations for why he needs this information and what the next steps will be. He was understanding and supportive. This place is a scam… they will cancel… This place is a scam… they will cancel your reservation and then Paul a supervisor will sit and tell you how it’s all your fault and will not help you unless you acknowledge to him that it’s your fault.. I was even cussed at by him. They ended up charging my card several times for the flight and charged me an amount for their own fee!! My son ended up not making the flight after 3hrs of hell talking to them.
