If I could give Zero stars I would If I could give Zero stars I would. This company is a total scam. I’ve been trying to get my credit for a United Flight and I get tossed back and forth to agents. No one who answers the phone is capable of giving me any information. I’m told to call back and then I do and they take my name and tell me I’ll get a call back which I don’t. Meanwhile ticket prices are going up. Overall a very, very disappointing experience. I’m not sure where they are based, but they should be shut down for consumer fraud.

I was suspicious about this site at… I was suspicious about this site at first - I had my doubts if the site is legitimate or not. The site is real and legitimate! The assistant Joseph Martin helped me through the whole process. He managed to get me the best possible deal for my upcoming trip. I am coming from the Europe, where we don't have this practice as you have here in the US - confirming your travel plans via phone by giving your personal and financial information. I was suspicious and reluctant at first, but Martin gave me all the reasoning and explanations for why he needs this information and what the next steps will be. He was understanding and supportive. Thank you
