Not only did she meticulously research alternative flights and airports to ensure seamless connections, but she also had to liaise with other airlines as ScholarTrip is a third-party service. Despite the potential 24-hour response time, Ms. Fiel managed to provide me with updates within just an hour or so. Her dedication and efficiency truly made a world of difference for me. I will continue to use ScholarTrip for my future travel plans.

They took me step by step in choosing my seats as well as showing screenshots to help me see what seats I would like per transfer flight. Great experience
