GBScam! Reporting this site. Placed order 3 days ago. Money immediately taken from my account but have not received any order information or receipt for the purchase! The telephone number they have listed keeps ringing “busy” and emails are not going through! This site is a SCAM!! Deserves 0 stars!

GBBait and switch Signed up and was offerred "Welcome15%" discount. When I tried to check-out was not applied. Tried to call customer service and got voicemail. Then got email telling me offer not applied to certain brands. Bad experience.

GBVery pleased with the product Very pleased with the product. Lightweight yet seems very sturdy. I purchased 2 cases in the UK but am concerned they the warranty seems only valid in the USA. Can you advise.

GBEasy Transaction despite mixed online reviews After reading a number of poor reviews about this company I was hesitant about ordering through them, however, it was super smooth. Order->Pay->Easy Tracking->UPS Delivery on time. I will say I reached out to them via chat a couple times with questions and they were not very solution oriented. I also tried calling their phone and no one picked up. So customer service is mixed, but the product is ace.

GBGreat Experience! I was looking for a particular Tumi briefcase on Tumi.com but they’ve been sold out for 2 months. I also called several Tumi stores who don’t carry the product. With Fathers Day approaching I was desperate and decided to Google the briefcase. Luggage Online appeared showing they had the briefcase in stock, I read the website reviews which were mixed however decided to take a chance. The briefcase came in less than 4-5 days and I decided to gift my husband early. He opened the box and is overjoyed. What a great shopping experience! Thank you Luggage Online.
