Excellent Order Experience The particular case I ordered seems either very scare right now, or extremely expensive where I did find it. I was pleasently surprised to find it both in stock and very reasonably priced at L.O. The order acknowledgement, shipping duration and frequent status updates were some of the best I have experienced. The item was in expected new condition and works properly. No surprises, other than there were no surprises. Highly recommended.

It appears to be an excellent piece of luggage but I won't be using it until mid september Follow Up: I was unable to go on my trip for medical reasons and I needed to return the luggage. I got in touch with them after the 30 day refund window and they very graciously extended the date for my return.

Great purchase experience! I got a review email right after purchase so i was apprehensive about the online purchase, thinking it was a scam site. But the great price and quick shipping was not a scam, just a specialized site. Got shipping notification the next day and received the suitcase within a few days. Love my luxury suitcase.
