GBBad connection Bad connection. Got disconnected. Had to give my information 3 times. I wasn't feeling very comfortable giving information because it didn't feel professional. Couldn't book online because there was no place to check a minor. When I got my confirmation he was checked as an adult anyway. It was cheaper to book online. I was charged 100.00 more by calling. Won't be doing that again!

MXI love the experience with Hezel… I love the experience with Hezel humanity,professional AND parience. Besides I do guy speaks very bad spanish,he does not understand AND just pretend help repeating the same as a loop bad Song! He do not understand the request. So I love Heizel attention! I rather recomend connect with Heizel if you speaks vas english she will maks a 1000%effort to be efficient in all tour travel experience ❣️🎉

GBNo more Allegiant travel for us! Getting checked in for the other two friends I booked was a major hassle for them, but the outbound flight was fine. Then at the last minute Allegiant cancelled our return, leaving us unable to get home for two extra days and costing us three times as much to travel on another airline we had to find ourselves. You think we’ll be recommending you?

GBThere was a problem There was a problem, The Agent kept putting in the wrong code from my credit but after a few calls to the vendor it was taken care of. I ended up changing the itinerary and was protected by paying a few dollars more in the original transaction. Turned out OK.
