Henry worked diligently all day to… Henry worked diligently all day to resolve an issue the airlines created by issuing me someone else’s boarding pass (which I didn’t realize until I was on board). Then they cancelled my return flight and Henry spent the day getting this resolved so I could still return home on the original flight.
