The trip was well overdue The trip was well overdue. Once I arrived at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spectacular. Cleaning service daily and room service. Who can ask for more. I did not enjoy the water selection but they accommodated me. I would book this trip again without hesitation.

Stress Free Booking, Amazing Trip In March, I couldn’t take it no more I needed to get out of the house and been searching the web for deals for weeks. To no avail, searching for a trip in my budget and family friendly was torture. I reached out to Tisha and within 30 minutes I had a trip within my budget, all inclusive and with direct flights booked. It was such a relief. However Tisha’s services didn’t stop there. All the way to and through my trip Tisha was responsive and in contact with me to make sure everything went well. This was especially important as I was traveling during the pandemic’s changing restrictions and with two small children. Oh I almost forgot- Not only was the trip stress free - I was given Preferred check in a welcomed into the exclusive areas on the resort, this was wonderful surprise after our flight. We were escorted to beach side checkin and received the upmost care when being escorted to our room.

Aruba Honeymoon...AMAZING We had such an amazing honeymoon in Aruba. The trip was planned entirely by Phenomenal Moments traveled. Backstory: My work schedule is always filled and I did not have much time to plan a trip but knew I wanted one in the summer. I contacted Letitia and she immediately emailed me options as to places we can go based on my likes. I decided on Aruba. She sent me about 7 options with descriptions of the ones I would like. She communicated all the requirements necessary to travel, sent links, and followed up to make sure they were done. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautiful honeymoon packaged gift (the cake was delicious) and a really sweet note. We had a great, stress-free time, and this was all planned a month before we left. I would highly recommend this company especially if you just want to book a place that's beautiful and not have to think about the details because trust Phenomenal Moments covers ALL details. Where we stayed: We stayed at the Renaissance Aruba Resort and Casino (Adults only). There was a private island called Flamingo Island that had a water taxi running every 15 mins to the island. Just beautiful. Everyone was super friendly. The food was AMAZING, customer service AMAZING. The hotel was extremely beautiful! Our room was SOOOOOO pretty! * This is the third trip planned by Phenomenal Moments...I will continue to use this company for all future travels*All great experiences.

Phenomenal Service at Phenomenal Moments I had the pleasure of once again using Letitia Smith of Phenomenal Moments Travel for a girl's trip to Tulum to celebrate a birthday. We stayed at the El Dorado Seaside Suites which was cool because a rooms were swimouts. She made the experience a great one ecen though there was a mix-up with our reservation - she was never more than a text or phone call away.
