Pros - Letitia was highly professional and worked with my husband to plan a vacation within our budget that met the level of adventure we were looking for. Additionally she sent subtle reminders as we got closer to our travel date. One of the best surprises were the personalized travel gifts we received as first time travelers. I highly recommend this company and look forward to booking with them again in the near future.

Aruba Honeymoon...AMAZING We had such an amazing honeymoon in Aruba. The trip was planned entirely by Phenomenal Moments traveled. Backstory: My work schedule is always filled and I did not have much time to plan a trip but knew I wanted one in the summer. I contacted Letitia and she immediately emailed me options as to places we can go based on my likes. I decided on Aruba. She sent me about 7 options with descriptions of the ones I would like. She communicated all the requirements necessary to travel, sent links, and followed up to make sure they were done. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautiful honeymoon packaged gift (the cake was delicious) and a really sweet note. We had a great, stress-free time, and this was all planned a month before we left. I would highly recommend this company especially if you just want to book a place that's beautiful and not have to think about the details because trust Phenomenal Moments covers ALL details. Where we stayed: We stayed at the Renaissance Aruba Resort and Casino (Adults only). There was a private island called Flamingo Island that had a water taxi running every 15 mins to the island. Just beautiful. Everyone was super friendly. The food was AMAZING, customer service AMAZING. The hotel was extremely beautiful! Our room was SOOOOOO pretty! * This is the third trip planned by Phenomenal Moments...I will continue to use this company for all future travels*All great experiences.

Royalton White Sands felt like family Royalton White Sands felt like family. They were attentive to every need we had. Letitia set up a birthday trip my mom will never forget. She’s already asking when our next Phenomenal Travels trip will be. Next time we’ll do a longer trip. Amazing Trip This was a great experience! Letitia booked a group trip with 16 people to Curaçao for my husband’s surprise 35th birthday! The resort was amazing, and her communication and was great! This was not my first group trip I booked with Letitia and it won’t be my last, as she booked my bachelorette weekend with 12 girls back in 2018.
