If you want the reservation to last longer than 24/48 hours you will work for it. I needed to get a return flight for a visa application to an African country. The reservation lasted about 24 hours and I kept having to check and send them mails to say that the reservation had disappeared/was cancelled. Now if it weren't for covid and getting money back from airlines being so complex I would have bought a refundable ticket and saved myself the job of checking if they would do theirs. To be fair they quickly rebooked it every time I reminded them that it was down. But what a hassle, and had I been going to a more rigorous country it would have given me piles.

Excellent service I've been a loyal user for years and always recommend them to my friends. They've been a lifesaver for me, and their customer service is excellent. While I typically don't leave reviews, I felt compelled to express my gratitude for the existence of such a helpful service. No need to explore other sites – they're the best!

Completely useless service Completely useless service. I was asked for a return flight to my country of origin when departing to Europe and when I showed what the this company provided me with, it has no flight number, therefore I ended up having to buy a return flight that I’m not going to use. I don’t recommend this service to anyone. Scam

Very useful and cost saving service ! I needed a return flight for a departure to Mexico; I showed the reservation code I got from OneWayFly one day earlier and it was accepted at the airport check-in without any problem. A very useful and cost saving service.
