ZAIf you want the reservation to last longer than 24/48 hours you will work for it. I needed to get a return flight for a visa application to an African country. The reservation lasted about 24 hours and I kept having to check and send them mails to say that the reservation had disappeared/was cancelled. Now if it weren't for covid and getting money back from airlines being so complex I would have bought a refundable ticket and saved myself the job of checking if they would do theirs. To be fair they quickly rebooked it every time I reminded them that it was down. But what a hassle, and had I been going to a more rigorous country it would have given me piles.

UYCompletely useless service Completely useless service. I was asked for a return flight to my country of origin when departing to Europe and when I showed what the this company provided me with, it has no flight number, therefore I ended up having to buy a return flight that I’m not going to use. I don’t recommend this service to anyone. Scam

GTGreat after sales service OneWayFly has a super-reactive after sales service. I could change the date of my flight after purchasing a ticket through their straightforward an user-friendly website after realising I had made a mistake in the dates. Recommend eyes closed.

BRGot peace of mind for 1-way ticket travelling used this service because I needed to travel on a 1way ticket to Mexico and although immigration and the airline didn't ask for an outgoing or return ticket, it provided me with a peace of mind that i needed. plan to use them again.
