I have never used a travel agency… I have never used a travel agency before because I always arrange everything on my own, including flights, hotels, tours, and cruises. Because of my experience with Farebarber, I may start using an agent for all of my next vacations... Thank you for a wonderful, restful vacation. Without you, I would not have discovered that hotel or arranged for transfers, etc. I sincerely appreciate it!

Andrew was an amazing helper.5 stars!! Andrew was an amazing helper. In my over 80 years of life I have almost never found such a kind,patient,well informed,helpful and caring person. For over 4 days he kept in touch to solve my complicated problem and I don't have enough words to thank him. He is a real asset and awesome management material for any institution. As a former owner of an international company with over 249 stores in Europe,USA,Asia, Central and South America I would have been very happy to find just one or 2 employees like Andrew. I forever feel indebted to him for his patience and understanding to deal with an old person like me. 5 stars is not enough!! Thank you so much FAREBARBER!!

The experience was interesting The experience was fairly easy. Jenny and Ben were so pleasant. My only problem was more with my credit card company for rejecting the $30 part of the charge, requiring me to submit another card.

Terrible Terrible. My Ticket was booked for $1021 originally but finalized at $1089. No big deal but then they charged me an additional $102.70 because they are 3rd party for an $1189 total. The current price is $1035 by several other 3rd party's final price mind you I've always bought tickets from 3rd party's and never been charged separately. Had I went with another vendor I would have saved $139 off the ticket price. Had I known the additional $102 I would not have chosen this vendor.

4th is -Great basic online travel… 4th is -Great basic online travel system that you can customize pretty well to suit what you want. Prices were really competitive and a fantastic range of packages. Website is pretty user friendly too. Responsive when the query is urgent (ie travel within 48 hours), but slow response if non-urgent which is frustrating. Overall the price is spot on for what you get.
