GBResponsive While booking my flight, site did not ask for trusted traveler number. Or, I might have missed the link. Gave their 866 number a call. They immediately added my Global Entry number before e-ticket issuance. All this happened within 5 min phone call. A little over 10 mins later, a follow-up call was received to confirm e-ticket receipt.

GBI tried to cancel my ticket almost… I tried to cancel my ticket almost immediately after purchasing (I was within the allotted time frame of 24 hours). David said it would take 7-10 business days. They don't answer their phone anymore when they seee me on caller ID and don't respond to emails. Total loss of my money! I am contacting my bank to dispute.

GBMy wife and I booked our Flight to… My wife and I booked our Flight to Miami Florida leaving JFK International Airport in New York and we found that David & Alex of Farebarber both worked together to get us the best possible price. We checked many other Websites, and paid less than half the price of what the Original Roundtrip Tickets would have cost us. 5 STARS.👍

FRProfessional customer service and follow up After receiving confirmation of my reservation, i recieved a phone call followed by a voicemail, and an email message saying that my credit card transaction had been rejected (i entered incorrect expiration and 3 digit code). The follow-up was every bit as through as "it used to be years ago. I called them back and gave the accurate info. Within 10 minutes I got my confirmation with Airline's itinerary code on my email. These folks were very professional and made sure that I got my flight.

GBAndrew was an amazing helper.5 stars!! Andrew was an amazing helper. In my over 80 years of life I have almost never found such a kind,patient,well informed,helpful and caring person. For over 4 days he kept in touch to solve my complicated problem and I don't have enough words to thank him. He is a real asset and awesome management material for any institution. As a former owner of an international company with over 249 stores in Europe,USA,Asia, Central and South America I would have been very happy to find just one or 2 employees like Andrew.
