Jen, the daytime dispatcher, was very kind while patiently answering my questions, booking my reservation and taking my credit card payment. Besides that, I received a great service from the driver. Multiple bad experiences with Charlene's Safe Ride Charlene's safe ride has been late many times and overcharged a friend of mine without notice. She did not know until she checked her credit card statement. Also, their rates are not competitive compared to other cab companies in the area.
