GBVery hard to navigate the website Very hard to navigate the website. Fly out of Atlanta on July 10th and was supposed to fly home the 15th. My husband got sick and was put in ICU at our destination. There was no way to contact this company to make reservation changes. Still needing to add a day because I forgot my password they won't send info to my email to fix this problem.

GBgood price, haven't parked yet They ask you to review before you park, so all I can say is the price is good! It would be helpful if they would list the hotel address with each hotel. That helps if you are staying at the hotel prior to departure. With several Holiday Inns on the list, I wasn't sure I was picking the right one. Address wasn't given until after I paid.

GBEasy! Driver was super nice about delivering me right to the airline I was flying on, getting my bags on the sidewalk for me and pick-up was great too. So much easier to get my bags to the hotel lobby than parking elsewhere and having to manage myself.

GBSafe and reliable It’s been awhile since I’ve taken a flight and needed parking. The reservation process was very easy. I wish I could find them more easily. Now that I have the web address, I will make a note for the future. In the past parking was great at the location I selected and the shuttle to the airport is reliable. I’ve used this location many times and have always been pleased.
