Safe and reliable It’s been awhile since I’ve taken a flight and needed parking. The reservation process was very easy. I wish I could find them more easily. Now that I have the web address, I will make a note for the future. In the past parking was great at the location I selected and the shuttle to the airport is reliable. I’ve used this location many times and have always been pleased.

It was good I appreciate the services being offered at multiple airports. The few times I have used Cheappakfly, the drivers have been prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The web site is ok. It initally did not take my final purchase, when I thought it did. I had to come back to the site and redo; this may have been my fault. I dont know.

Great Deal This is an easy site to navigate. Offers the best prices for parking with several choices. We have used this several times before at different locations and each time it has been efficient and convenient.

Poor Customer Service non User Friendly website Update- Kayla responded to my concerns and updated my reservation! I’m satisfied I’m dissatisfied with the incompetence of the website not user friendly at all! Customer service doesn’t respond and you can’t fill out the forum request bc there are no options to select. I’ve been using this company for years and this will be my last

Easy! Driver was super nice about delivering me right to the airline I was flying on, getting my bags on the sidewalk for me and pick-up was great too. So much easier to get my bags to the hotel lobby than parking elsewhere and having to manage myself.
