Everyone got the hotel they wanted despite Ramadan Kareem. Called late at night according to US time but connected immediately. They would give us some numbers in Saudi Arabia so that we can contact them if needed. Alhamdulillah we didn't need to contact anyone. Because everything was done perfectly by brother Qasim. All lies when they try selling their umrah packages It was the worst experience I had during my umrah trip everyone in our group was so disappointed and upset majority of them has already reported this agency to better business bureau and preparing to file a lawsuit please do not give them any business they are all false and lies to get your business
