All lies when they try selling their umrah packages It was the worst experience I had during my umrah trip everyone in our group was so disappointed and upset majority of them has already reported this agency to better business bureau and preparing to file a lawsuit please do not give them any business they are all false and lies to get your business

The communication was almost perfect The communication was almost perfect, I like to thank Shazim Iftikhar who was there for me from the beginning. This was my first Umra with my 16 years old twins I was very nervous but everything went as planned Alhamdulillah. We had transportations and guides which was very helpful. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because some of our guides did not speak/understand English but we had google translate. I definitely recommend this travel company and Shazim Iftikhar.

Excellent experience with Hajar Travel… Excellent experience with Hajar Travel starting Travel Agent sister Hubaiba. She kept everything very smooth all updates on time, provided contact information and confirmation numbers etc. and stayed connected till we came back. The coordinator for Madina and Makkah Mr Mairaj Haider did an excellent job with personal attention and taking care of each individuals. He was always available to help and solve any issues. Umrah guide in Makkah Mr Fahad Imran made every effort to help in performing Tawaaf and Saee and it so comfortable after Taraweeh prayer. Overall experience - Excellent. Our future Umrah (and our extended family's) will be with Hajar Travel In Sha Allah.

I had the most amazing trip ever I had the most amazing trip ever. Everything was going smoothly from the beginning. First Ms Qsim was very pleasant to deal and work to with. He offered me and my friend a good deal and provided great customer service. The price of the deal was great. The transportation from the Aerojet to the hotel was very comfortable and the service at the hotel was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for it to go any better.
