Fantastic Umrah trip by Hajar Travels Just returned from a 10 day Umrah trip to Saudi arranged by Hajar Travels. It was one of the most organized and smooth trips I’ve ever been on. Hajar travels did everything they said they would and did it professionally, on time, and often went above and beyond when our group members weren’t on time for sightseeing trips or trips between cities. Hubaiba Farooq was our contact person and she worked very hard to accommodate the needs of our group of six and made the tour happen. The price of the tour was competitive with great hotels both in Medina and Makkah. Hubaiba worked out the itenenary to our complete satisfaction. Hubaiba is very responsive and communicated with us at every step. She even followed up during our travels to ensure our comfort and to address any concerns if we had any. Me and my wife had the worst experience… Me and my wife had the worst experience hajar travel issued a turkish airline ticket for us if you miss your flight at Istanbul they don’t issue a new boarding pass and cancel the rest of your next flight link to that ticket even the returning ticket was cancelled without refund that’s what happened to us it was a nightmare at the airport they force us to buy a new tickets and hajar couldn’t update our ticket we couldn’t move forward with no food and nowhere to sleep for 3 days … hajar travel didn’t refund us even partially Your reply to this review is useless you still hold my money we still didn’t go to Umrah and we will remember the suffering inside Istanbul Airport forever
