Tips should be appreciated, but not demanded. Very awkward and uncomfortable situation.

GBThankful for your efficient and cheerful service! We were very impressed with the service and personalized attention given us and other patrons, especially during the current coronavirus crisis. Upon arriving at the nearly desolate airport during a “shelter-in-place” order which has closed all but essential businesses, we didn’t know if we would be able to retrieve our car from the lot. To our surprise and delight, Expresso was not only open but functioning normally! Thank you so very much!

GBGood decision I was very glad that I parked in the covered parking because a) I did not have to hunt much for my car, and b) it had started raining, so I did not have to get wet while getting my belongings into my car to go home. I was able to stay dry and not get frustrated with the rain.

GBConvenient and Quick I have used Expresso for many years. I highly recommend them for parking at the Oakland Airport. They are conveniently located and the shuttles get you to the airport quickly. The staff provides first rate customer service for check out too.
