Best Travel Agent Phil and his colleagues helped us a lot in organizing our trip to South Africa. They came up with nice accommodations on beautiful locations and always respond quickly. When our program had to be adjusted due to an accident, they were able to quickly improvise to find alternatives. We would love to work with them again next time.

Perfect holiday Perfect holiday! Having stayed with Phil when he used to run Parker Cottage in Cape Town and receiving fantastic help and support there, we were keen to try out Where It All Began! We couldn't have been happier. I travel a lot with work and am pretty confident about moving around. What Phil offers however is fantastic properties which I would never have found.....a wonderful, quirky B&B in Swellendam where we ate the best meal we've ever had anywhere in the world, the most sumptious B&B in The Crags which rated as my husband's favourite place he has ever stayed....I could go on!! We would highly recommend Where It All Began - it will ensure you see the bits of the country you would never have otherwise found, all within budget and as others have said, delivered with a personal care and attention that's hard to match! Quick help with travel changes South Africa is challenging for travelers. Philip was super-responsive to changes that occured, such as driver changes and restaurant rescheduling. Plus various questions we had during our travels. Also, the trips he suggested gave us an excellent idea of what living in Joburg or Cape Town is like, which is a main reason to visit new places.
