Umrah 2023 AssalamuAlykum! I usually don’t write reviews but this company went above and beyond to accommodate my specialized dates and package for umrah. Brother Omer is above and beyond and very nice he helped us alot choosing right hotels and rooms for our stay. He is taking care of everything we requested for. They are always attentive and answer our calls.I am so happy with customer service overall. You will never regret choosing safwa travels inshallah.

My December 2023 Umrah with Safwa… My December 2023 Umrah with Safwa Travels, specifically dealing with Agent Arsalan, was a complete disaster. Arsalan's unresponsive customer support, constant delays, and lack of trip knowledge were infuriating. They disappeared after taking my money, made last-minute hotel changes without warning, and the drivers were utterly unresponsive. Avoid this agency, especially Agent Arsalan, at any cost!

Despite some issues with my son’s return ticket Arsalan went above and beyond to ensure that his return travel is on time and all the tours/pickup/dropoffs occur seamlessly. Would highly recommend Since I landed at Jedda Airport, the transportation to Mecca, Madina, the hotels and Ziyat, etc. has been excellent. I would highly recommend this company to future travelers and would like to refer people to Umar. He is a great guy. He is patient and answered all questions and concerns.
